Sales Associate
ASTM offers training to its students in a carefully engineered environment. The courses are specifically designed by educational experts in order to nurture the student’s vocational skills and technical abilities. ASTM provides Vocational Skills training in Mumbai, Noida and Delhi regions. ASTM is also an approved training partner of National Skills Development Corporation and affiliated with Security Sector Skills Development Council(SSSDC), Electronic Sector Skills Development Council of India(ESSCI) and Retail Association Skills Council of India(RASCI).
Individuals in this position interact with customers to understand and service customer needs with specialization leading to maximization of business in a retail environment. Individuals in this position interact with customers by giving specialized service and product demonstrations to maximise business in a retail environment whilst striving for continous improvements in levels of services rendered. The individual needs to be physically fit to withstand working in a retail environment whilst being customer responsive. They need to have excellent product knowledge, interpersonal and listening skills.
